No refunds. As a vendor you agree adhere to all mall rules and regulations and will not jeopardize the relationship of National Innovative Solutions, the Owner or our affiliates. Please do not interfere with, bombard or question mall associates, security guards or lease office staff, if you have questions about the kiosk contact our team directly. Kindly review all regulations, terms, conditions, and event/venue details for each chosen event to ensure compliance. NO CBD businesses allowed.
Booking: Please be advised that full payment is necessary upon booking, we will contact you to confirm your booking date. Please select the dates that are suitable for your business, no rescheduling allowed. Please note that choosing dates that are not applicable will not qualify for a refund. Settling the invoice does not ensure venue reservation, as the mall's approval of your business is necessary. If the mall does not allow your business-type refund is a credit is issued.
Internal Errors: In the event of overbooking caused by Square or Scheduling errors, NIMs will transfer credit to another date. The credit must be used within the specified timeframe by NIMs and confirmed within 72 hours. Unfortunately, COVID or pandemic related closures make events non-refundable, but a new date will be provided. No refunds will be given.
